Major Leauge Baseball announced Saturday night that New York Yankees manager Aaron Boone, the AL manager, has named Tigers ace Tarik Skubal, 28, as the starting pitcher in Tuesday's All-Star Game at Atlanta's Truist Park. The Pirates’ Paul Skenes will start for the NL.
Skubal is 10-3 with a 2.33 ERA and 0.83 WHIP.
